Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the product for a refund. According to the European Union Consumer Protection Laws, refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the items, by completing this Return Request Form. Moreover, you must send the items back within 14 days from the date of completing the request form.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging and with the original tags still on. For a full refund, the items must be in re-sellable condition.
Our promise to refund your order does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
If you wish to send an item back to us, you will be fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving your return request form. However, if we haven't received the products during this time, we reserve the right to delay the payment until the items arrive to our facility, according to the European Union Law.
If you paid with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, you should be able to notice the refund on your credit card statement within 3-4 business days. Sometimes it does take a bit longer, but, unfortunately, this process is not up to us!
If you paid using PayPal, PayPal will notify you via email when the refund has been processed. This usually takes 1-2 days. If you made the payment using a debit or credit card as your PayPal funding method, it may take an additional 3-4 business days before the refund appears in your bank account or credit card statement.
We cannot be held liable for items that we do not receive back. For your return, please utilize a shipping method that has proper tracking information, and remember to get a proof of postage receipt. As soon as you obtain the tracking number from your carrier, please send it to us by email.

Due to operational difficulties related to international logistics, we cannot accept product exchanges. You can choose to return the items within the accepted 14 days time-frame, get a refund from us, and order a new product.
