HANDLING AND DISPATCH TIME
We usually ship orders the next business day after the payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
Orders with confirmed payments on the days of Monday to Thursday (incl.) will be shipped the next day.
Orders with confirmed payments on the days of Friday to Sunday (incl.) will be shipped the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMES
Thanks to the excellent service provided by our courier partners, it generally takes no more than 5 business days for the package to arrive at your shipping address once dispatched, depending on the destination country. Most often our packages arrive to our customers within no more than 2 working days. For precise information for each country, please consult the table above.
If you reject your package we will refund you the value of your order, minus the initial cost of shipping and minus an administrative fee of €5.00, once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.
